Is there an annual commitment?+

No. Membership is billed monthly and you can cancel anytime — your membership simply runs to the end of the period you've already paid for. A discounted annual pre-pay option is available if you'd prefer to save.

How is pricing structured?+

You pay a flat monthly membership for the management service. Third-party labour and materials are billed separately, and you see every cost before you approve it.

Will I always know what work is being done?+

Yes. Every request, quote, and completed service is documented in your Home Care Plan, and nothing proceeds without your approval.

Can I change tiers at any time?+

Yes. You can move up or down a tier as your needs change — just let your Dumeau contact know.
