Behind Dumeau
Two people, and they live here.
Jeremy and Jess started Dumeau because they wanted one trusted company to hand their own home to, and couldn't find it, so they built it. Between them they bring the professional experience to run a home properly and a lifelong stake in St. Albert, and they built Dumeau to be the dependable partner they were looking for: straight answers, reliable follow-through, and one accountable name behind every job. Their mission is to be the trusted partner that St. Albert and area homeowners rely on to properly manage all aspects of their homes.
You will deal with one of us. Not an outsourced call centre, dispatcher, or hotline that never picks up the phone.

As a civil engineer with a decade of experience in major construction project management, Jeremy has the industry experience needed to properly plan and execute the never-ending project that is your home. He brings all aspects of successful project management to your home: planning, budgeting, scheduling, quality, safety, stakeholder management, change management, and more.

With a decade of commerce experience across the Edmonton area in retail, land development, and home building marketing, Jess knows first hand what homeowners want, need, and deserve from the people they let into their home. She builds a genuine relationship with every person she comes across, whether that is a member, a neighbour, or a trade at the door, and those relationships are what keep a home well looked after year after year.
Our story
We built the service we couldn't hire.
Running a home properly takes real time: finding good trades, comparing quotes, remembering what's due, checking the work. We watched capable, busy people, ourselves included, let it slide and then pay for it later, so we built the thing we wanted for our own homes. One point of contact who knows your house, a plan for its year, good local trades booked and checked, and a record of all of it.
And the tool
Nobody was selling the software either.
Nothing we could find joined up the three things that actually matter: what the house is made of, what it will need, and what that is going to cost. So we built it, and it comes with every membership.
