The after-hours line is for urgent home problems, not emergencies: Dumeau is not an emergency service. For a fire, a gas leak, or a flood in progress, call 911 or your utility first, and never wait for us.
How pricing works
Three published prices, and no others.
- Your maintenance plan and every system, live in the portal
- Dedicated home manager for every aspect of your home
- Weekly Travel Watch, an after-hours line, monthly check-ins, and the whole record
- A flat 15% on all third-party trade or service work, with no minimum
- Each job you approve booked, billed, and backed by Dumeau
- Charged only on work that goes ahead. If it's not right, we deal with it
- For time spent actively planning, coordinating, or dealing with issues on scopes of work that you've approved
- For tasks you'd rather have us do personally than a third party
- Never charged for time spent on items already captured under the Membership or Partner Fee
- One name on the outcome for your whole home: ours
- Nothing forgotten, nothing done without your say-so
- Your evenings and weekends back
Billed monthly in Canadian dollars, cancel anytime. Trade work is quoted and approved by you first, then billed at cost plus the flat 15%. One invoice. Prices exclude applicable taxes.

You need one job done and nothing after it. Hire a good contractor directly, and we'll tell you so on the call.
You want someone to manage a rental or tenants. That's property management, and it isn't what we do.
