Your forecast, your plan's annual budget and your home's value all feed one figure: the monthly set-aside that covers every replacement ahead, on time, including the ones that land soon. Then it shows you your plan against what the industry says a house your value should cost to run, so you can see whether you are ahead or behind, in writing, thirty years out.
