The work itself is billed at the partner's actual cost plus a flat 15% coordination fee, quoted and approved before it proceeds. Dumeau's own time, whether carrying out a task ourselves or actively planning, coordinating, or handling issues on work you have approved, is billed at the published $120/hr rate.
