Where it's simply a matter of one of us being there, whether that's taking a delivery, letting an installer in or waiting out a service window, that's $120 per hour, because you asked us for the time rather than us deciding your home needed it. Either way, you'll have the price before we start.
Where the time actually goes

Access to your home is normally yours to arrange, and we'll help you set up whatever works, whether that's a lockbox, a smart lock, or a code straight to the trade. When you'd rather we were there in person instead, that's exactly what this service is for.
The membership covers the proactive management of your home: the plan, the record, and getting third-party work sourced, quoted, and ready for your approval. The work itself is billed at the partner's actual cost plus a flat 15% coordination fee, quoted and approved before it proceeds. Dumeau's own time, whether carrying out a task ourselves or actively planning, coordinating, or handling issues on work you have approved, is billed at the published $120/hr rate.
